Hi @Raana mangrio

I hope you’re well and not too overwhelmed by your results. The fact that you care about your results is already a step toward improvement, so don’t worry if English isn’t your first language or you’re struggling with it in school. You’re definitely not alone.

The first thing you can do is try speaking to your teachers. They can give you personalised advice and may even recommend extra support. Reading books, especially ones you enjoy, can help with vocabulary and understanding sentence structure over time. You could also try watching shows or YouTube videos with subtitles in English it’s a fun way to pick up language naturally.

Also, if you don’t mind adding more detail to your question, is there a particular subject or part of English you’re finding difficult, like writing, reading, or speaking? That way, people can give you more specific advice to help you.

You’ve got this, and with time and effort, you will see improvement.

Hi @Raana mangrio

I hope you are enjoying your time in University. I've got a few suggestions that might help you with your English.
Firstly, have you approached your university? There may be a team in the university that offers support to international students with developing their grasp of English. Your tutors may be aware of this, or maybe enquire with the student services department who can offer support to students for every aspect of their university life.

Have you tried speaking to your university's international support team? They may have classes in place that you can join to help with your language skills. Does your university have an international society which you could join? If so, this could be a good opportunity to find out from other students their tips for developing English.

Perhaps you could ask your English as a first language friends if they could have sessions with you where you can practise your English conversation skills, this will help your written English too.

I'd also suggest reading as much in English as you can, novels, newspapers, anything as this will help you so much,

I hope some of these suggestions help, if you would like to know anything else, please feel free to ask,
