University of Edinburgh First Year Accommodation

From friend in first year who stayed there : Pollock is notoriouslyyyy posh 😭 tbh I'm going to Edinburgh in September too and applied for one of the shared flats there bc rent was decent, so I can't complain 😪

Thanks for the reply! yeah, that seems to be a lot of people have said about pollock icl. but I guess I was wondering if there are any differences within the halls? like do the different accommodation blocks have different vibes or reputations? or are they pretty much all the same or just depend year on year?
Also, omg what are you going to study at edinburgh?

Kincaids is meant to be the most social one bc it's on cowgate (more fun than college wynd where I applied 😞 but that's also on cowgate!), Mylnes historic building apparently ppl love it it's really popular Ur basically living on the royal mile
My friend recommended me Mylnes, Sciennes, warrender park crescent + riego street
