Has anyone had experience with CPR (Compelling Personal Reasons) and seen this?
I submitted a CPR request to Student Finance England for the 2024/25 academic year. I sent my application last Tuesday, and SFE received it on Thursday. Today is Monday, and my SFE portal says:
“2024 / 2025 Postgraduate Course details not given - Application Not eligible for student finance.”
Has anyone else had this status after submitting CPR? Does it mean they’ve rejected it, or is it just a default message while they process the evidence? How long did it take for them to update your portal or get back to you with a decision?
Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!

Hi there, when you submit CPR evidence, this can take 12 working days for review and an update will be issued after this has been completed. Stephen.
