🎯 Exam Revision Tips & Advice for A-level Students – From Someone Who's Been There

Hey everyone! As exam season is coming to the end and you’re onto the last few weeks, I wanted to share some practical revision tips that *actually* work ! Whether you're in full-on cramming mode or just polishing your notes, there's still time to revise smarter. 🧠✨

📖 Figure out what works best for you! Not everyone learns the same way some people use mind maps, while others need to explain topics out loud to their cat. Active recall can be really useful and I’ve loved past paper questions to help you with some examples technique

📖 Don’t just *read* your notes use them!Highlighting can feel productive, but it doesn’t always help things stick. Try active recall instead with anki or quizlet!

📖 Find your ideal study spotA change of scene can do wonders. If your room’s too distracting, check out our study spaces around campus like the student centre!

📖 Use online content that helps not distracts TikTok and instagram have loads of good quick study reels which help to break up your study session whilst still feeling productive! Check out some that our Uni made here!

This is some really great advice!

One of my top tips is to make sure to give yourself breaks in between your revision, including ensuring that you get enough sleep before exams. This will ensure that you are well rested ready to go into your exam.

Another tip is to avoid comparing yourself and your revision to your friends or people on social media. It can be helpful to talk to others but focus on your own plan.
