am i screwed for predicted grades

i got BBBC in my report (not my predicted grades but I'm basically going to get similar or maybe 1 grade higher for the actual predicted) which is awful on its own but my parents went on my school email and started emailing teachers AS ME lowkey begging them to up my grades?? My head of year has stated that youre not supposed to be asking teachers to change your grades or anything like that and on gmail you can't delete things from the inbox of whoever it's been forwarded to.
I could email from my dads account that they sent those emails by accident ''on my behalf''?? Even though I'm going to look like an idiot or a pushover either way..yea i already knew my chances of getting into the courses i wanted to do are close to 0 with my results but now i think the school definitely aren't going to help at all LOL im crashing out so hard

Tell your parents to back off - and why - and then just leave it all alone.
None of this is helping you get higher predicted grades but some quiet time will allow it to all blow over.

Could you possibly consider asking your teachers to give you some time to prove that you can improve? Then they can up your grades and you can work hard next year to try and get those grades

In addition to the advice above, it might also be worth dropping one of those subjects. An AAA grade profile is better than BBBC, even though it's worth fewer UCAS points.

If I understand you correctly, its a no-no to be sending mail from your dad's account pleading for your predicted grades to be improved. Not sure which course you are applying for? Uni's know that predicted grades are notoriously open to change; your attitude in year 12 will not be the same as your attitude in year 13. Its unusual for schools to use your year 12 exam results to predict your grades. Do you not have exams in October? That would provide a window to show your school that you have improved.

How did they access YOUR school e-mail? Change the password now.

Consider dropping one A level -

If I was your teacher I would lie you to talk to me and explain what has happened. Then ask for advice on how to improve your grades - ie what work over the summer and if you have another chance.

What grades have you been working at during the year?

thank you I'm going to try doing that. do you think it's worth also mentioning to my teachers that the emails my parents sent from my account weren't from me?

I think it’s a good idea to be honest with them and say something like “I’m so sorry about that but it was my parents because they know I’m more capable than this and I think so too and would therefore like to ask for a second chance” etc
