Student finance

Hello, on my student finance it says that there’s action to complete and that’s “awaiting sponsor 2 details” I’m not too sure what I’m meant to send here, I’m assuming sponsor 2 is mom and she didn’t work in 23/24 so what do I send?

Hi, we would just require for you mother to support the application via her online account. she can access this here: https://logon.slc.co.uk/welcome/secured/login?_locale=en_GB&cookieConsent=accept
IF she does not have an account, she can create one to support the application. Once submitted, this is currently taking an estimated 12 working days for review. Stephen.
