Looking for a UAL student to take over my tenancy

Looking for a UAL student, specifically summer course students, to take over my tenancy at Glassyard Building, from July until around the end of August(extension is possible).
It is 275 pounds per week and includes all bills
The flat has a shared living room and kitchen with 8 other students, but since they are all leaving for the summer, there will only be 2 friendly students left.

The room is an en-suite

There is a bus stop that goes directly to LCC, Camberwell, and Chelsea College of Arts, just a minute's walk from the accommodation.
The accommodation is newly refurbished, so everything is new, functional, and clean.

All bills are included, and there is a common room and courtyard for you to spend time with your friends at

A LIDL to do your groceries is around 7 minutes walking distance away from the accommodation. Also, a Costcutter is right next to the accommodation to do some quick shopping.

The location is in a very well-connected area of London, as you can easily access Central London by tube or bus. There are also more bus stops to go around London if you walk further away from the accommodation that is near the tube station.

It is fairly safe at night in case you are out late at the pub with friends, also very good 24-hour security at the accommodation, so you don't have to worry about robberies.
