UCL course transfer

Hii, I’m a UCL offer holder and I have the conditional offer for sustainable built environment energy and resources, as I’m doing my a level right now I’m a little scared that I can’t meet my conditions, can I transfer to Construction project management? Or this can only happen when I get an unconditional offer? If that’s the case, what is my chance of success of transfer to this course?

I have interest in both of the courses but UCL is my dream school, I can literally do anything for getting in.

Hey! If you check on the ucas website it says that 63% of students who got BBC were accepted so it seems that this course i pretty lenient on results day!
To transfer you should call UCL on results day as early as possible and ask for a verbal offer. Once the offer for construction project management is confirmed then you can decline your place for the sustainable built environment course. Hope this helps!!

There is no point calling UCL on results day unless they are in clearing and the course in question is in claer. There is no guarantee either UCL nor that specific course will be in clearing this year.

If UCL or the course in question is not in clearing then calling on results day is a waste of the OPs time and UCLs time if they've already been given a decision of a rejection. The only situation to contact them would be if on results day they haven't had their offer changed to an unconditional offer or a rejection, in which case they should contact them to discuss.

If you miss your offer they will make a decision on their own whether to offer you an alternative course or not. You can't miss your offer, be rejected, then ask to be reconsidered for a different course unless that course is in clearing.

You can request to be considered for another course now before results day (I believe there's an option to do this through portico) but there's no guarantee you will be considered for it. Also then you'll never know if you would have been accepted for the original course, so you should only do this if you would rather study the new course...
