Can I argue for higher predicted grades after leaving early during my politics mock?

Hi everyone,
I’ve just had my politics mock, which is being used for predicted grades. I ended up feeling really unwell during the exam nauseous and on the verge of throwing up so I had to leave halfway through. I already called the medical centre earlier this morning-but I didn’t manage to finish the first essay, and I had about 30 minutes left when I left the exam, and the quality was not good.

Before this, I’ve been consistently getting good scores in class essays, timed assessments, and homework throughout the year. I’m worried now that my predicted grade will drop unfairly because of this one exam.

Does anyone know if I can argue for my teacher to consider my previous performance instead of just this one mock? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks in advance!

You don't 'argue' - you go and speak calmly and rationally with the relevant teacher, or your Head of Sixth or similar, when you are recovered and explain about not feeling well.
