a-level chemistry physical chemistry help

hiiiiiii i really need help. I got back my results for my y12 mocks, specifically chemistry, and i didnt do too well (E).
I studied alot, more than i even knew i could tbh, consistently doing past paper questions, watching videos, summary notes, revising revision guides, making and using flashcards and i still did really badly and im very lost on what to do.
I got a C in my organic chemistry paper, which i know i can fix, but i got a U in my physical chemistry paper.
I literally have 2 chemistry tutors who would walk through content with me and do questions with me, study chemistry consistently in the lead up to the exams, completed all of the worksheets on pmt with majority being correct and corrections gone over, as well as gone through revision guides for each module, with flashcards. I did blurting etc and i practiced so so much just to do that poorly so i feel kind of helpless rn.
It would be very helpful if anyone has any advice on how to improve, with specifics and resources as i have resits for this in september which i need to do significantly better in

The best starting point would be to say which exam board you are with. I am happy to give pointers as to which resources may help you the most.
