I'm "homeschooled" and I don't know what to do anymore

i don't know what to do anymore. I don't even study at home, I'm basically a drop out at the age of 15. I don't study because I don't have hope for myself anymore, plus GCSE exams cost £200 per paper. yes I know I can do functional skills, but is that even an accomplishment? will anyone even accept me anymore with that?
I'm stupid, I know I am. I'm genuinely not talented in anything, I can't even read without having to go over the same sentence over and over again. I don't know why.
I don't even know why all of this matters, why it feels so important to me even though I'm not doing anything about it. I'm just really lost, and I'm writing this while crying so some stuff might not even be legible lol

I'm sorry this is kinda sad

I wouldn't worry too much and give up hope since your only 15 you have plenty of chances, you have got your whole life ahead of you. Just do what you can, pick your self up when you fail cuz everyone fails, the main thing is to put in effort and try your best, if you tried your best and you still fail at least you can say you gave it your best shot.

About gcse's costing 200 pounds, maybe you can reach out to some schools and see if they let you take it.

The main thing that matters in gcse's are maths and english language (im not sure if science is compulsary i think it is if you plan to do stem in the future) right so just focus on that and start somewhere, revision videos on youtube and exam papers.

I dont even think gcse's matter as much as its made out, when applying to uni they prioritise a level grades. or if you dont want do A levels there seems to be many other options like apprenticeships and T levels ( I dont really know much about these)

Hope this helps : )

I agree, you have a year till your exams. Ideally, just pick 5/6 GCSE's, and because your home-schooled I'd aim to sit maths and english in the winter, it will be so much easier.
Pick an exam board, buy the text books and start!

If you have to work and save for your exams, so be it.
