International student without GCSE equivalent

Hi! I'm a British and French citizen living in Germany and attending a local state school, specifically a Gymnasium. I'm qualified for home tuition fees in the UK, if this is relevant. The nearest equivalent to the British GCSEs would be the Realschulabschluss. Unfortunately, my school does not offer to take it, as it has an integrated Oberstufe (6th form).
If I decide to attend a British university, am I obliged to submit a school report, e.g. my grades from a specific year, to compensate the lack of formal exam grades? I'll be taking the Abitur (A-Levels) in two years and probably cannot take the Realschulabschluss anymore.

If the country you are studying in doesn't offer GCSEs, Unis will be fine with this - but they will expect evidence of you having the same level of any required GCSEs such as Maths / English. What degree subject are you aiming for?

I'd like to do PPE and will take Politics, Economics, Maths and English until I graduate. Does this mean I should submit my reports from Year 10 and 11?

The Universities will ask for them if they need them.
