Swansea University MPharm degree with foundation year

I am already had offer for the MPharm with a Foundation Year programme for 2025 entry. But i have many question regarding A-level entry requirements.

I have received a conditional offer for the programme of BCC. However, i don't think i can achieve this target this year, I have seen that the typical offer range for this course is stated as BBC - CCD.

I am also eligible for a contextual offer from Swansea University.

Clarity on the Range of Requirements:Can anyone please explain the range of A-level requirements (BBC - CCD)? Does this mean that applicants are considered across this entire grade spectrum?

Consideration of My Predicted Grades: If i end up with CCD, which meet the lower end of the standard range, and my eligibility for a contextual offer, would my application still be favourably considered?

Impact of Contextual Offer: How does a contextual offer specifically apply to an applicant with predicted grades of CDD for this course? Would it potentially lower the required grades further than the stated CCD? For instance, would they consider grades of CDD?

Hi,

The undergraduate team will not be able to confirm until the results are released in August what can be accepted if an applicant does not achieve the conditional grades on the original offer.

If you would like to discuss with the pharmacy team, you can contact them by emailing [email protected]

Wishing you good luck in any exams you have remaining and for your results.

Best wishes,
