Surrey Uni Foundation Year (need urgent advice)

Hi,
I’ve been stressed out these last few months and I need some advice.
So I attended college and this year was a mess.
1. we had a number of changes in teachers - around 4-5.
2. We never were properly taught a unit that was worth 120GLH (double the amount of other units which is 60) and we were promised we’d be taught it but never were. This led to me having to try to teach myself
3. I did all my coursework to distinction level , for one of my units I was only told in early June that my Merits and Distinction were wrong and it was too late to re do it as there was no time to mark it.
(I did this unit a while ago).
4. One unit of my coursework was never taught so again I needed to do it myself
and I managed to get a distinction
Overall I got a PPP this year so far , I had recieved a contextual offer from Surrey of MMP for Law with a foundation year but I’m worried I won’t be accepted, if I pass the 120GLH unit exam I should get an MPP but it isn’t confirmed and I’m just worried.
5. I also found out recently I didn’t pass an exam last year but never had the chance or got asked if I’d like to retake like my other peers, when I found this out it was too late.

Some of this may of been my fault but Im not going to Ignore the lack of support I got from my place of education, I worked hard and did my best even though I had bad circumstances.
I have also contacted admissions and they told me to get a reference which I got from my tutor, she said unfortunately she wouldn’t be able to discuss what happened before she arrived and it’s not legal or something , I still appreciate her trying and she still emailed them a good reference about me and my dedication this year.

I just need some advice on what to do from here and if I’ll be fine, thank you for whoever had the chance to read this.
