early years and education t level

i can’t tell you about the early years t-level but i have done the health one! the esp for me was basically a case study where you have different tasks like reflection, care plan, role play, presentation, report and different peer reflection! i assume it’s similar for early years and exam wise they’re done in exam conditions for the actual parts which you type on the computer then the peer feedback was reading other people’s work and saying what you’d add and improve. It generally takes place over 2 weeks with some parts being half an hour up to 2 hours if i can remember!!
