Medicine where do I apply?

I'm a year 12 student, and i want to do medicine, I have 3 A* predicted in bio chem econ. I have done A Level Italian this year I will know the results on results day.
In my gcse I have five 7s, 6 in lang, 8 in maths and physics and 9 in Italian.
Im currently revising for the ucat.
I wanted to apply to Birmingham,Keele, exeter, Manchester maybe ucl or Bristol im still undecided. Birmingham is really close to me and I was hoping I could get the place there but im not sure as my gcse are not high enough if its worth applying or I should I apply to other unis?

Honestly you can't really decide where to apply yet until you have your UCAT score, that will probably be the main deciding factor.

While this is true, some unis look at GCSEs mainly such as Cardiff and maybe Cambridge too but doesn’t seem like you want to go to those places so you’re good but yh just check to see the unis you want to go to are very nit picky about GCSEs then just wait till you have your UCAT, 2900 is what everyone says is required for Bristol as the minimum threshold for interviews, but I didn’t apply there so just check to see if that is actually true

Unless you are contextual those GCSEs would not be good enough for Birmingham. Get your UCAT and focus on those unis that don’t score GCSEs highly - BIrmingham is one of them
