Pain during GCSEs

These last two weeks I’ve had intense stomach pain whilst sitting my GCSEs no amount of painkillers will help me. What should I do about it? Should I ask for special consideration I’m waiting till after my GCSEs to go to the doctor.

Definitely apply for special considerations and go to the doctors ASAP, as they usually require proof of something like a doctors note.
It could also clear up once you've waited, so you would have no proof, and you would have had to endure this for nothing.
