Student finance

I applied for student finance as im planning to attend university in September and it says that i need to add my national insurance number but whenever i try to it says that its already in the system and when i try to upload evidence it doesnt let me . I phoned them and they werent much help. Ive never made a student finance account before and im worried i wont get my payment in time. What do i do?
