Can I change my grade for spoken language endoresment

My spoken language English endorsement addressed the question- ‘to what extent did Shakespeare influence modern literature’
My teacher said it was ‘worthy of distinction’ she also said my delivery was great but the only reason she couldn’t give me a distinction was because it was ‘under the time limit’
I’m pretty sure it was around 4.30-5 minutes
I’ve done research and nowhere do mark schemes say it has to be over five minutes
Google even says I can get a distinction if it’s 4-5 minutes because it’s meant to be ‘quality over quantity’
Google also said that the questions asked by the audience is included in the time which means I would’ve been over five minutes (I think my teacher didn’t count that)
Do you think I could petition for distinction?
It’s not like I have super parental pressure but I worked really hard on it and would feel so much better in myself i didn’t miss out on top grade because of 20 seconds.
