What econ courses am I likely to get accepted to with A* A A B predicted grades.

As the title says I just got my predicted grades with A* in Maths, A in Physics and Econ, B in Further Maths, with a GCSE average of 8.5. Could you please rate my chances of getting into economics at the following unis and what combination I should apply to. Aspirational: Warwick, Durham. Solid: St. Andrews, Bristol, Bath. Safety: Exeter York.

With a A*AAB you are quite likely to get into all the solid and safety choices you have mentioned, I assume you're Year 12? That means you can still improve your grade!

My recommendation would be put 1 (or 2) that you can definitely achieve for insurance, and 3 for solid, 1 for aspiration.

Hi Tom_trus

You can view all the Economic course options at Exeter here Economics subject page . You might also like to look at our approach to Modularity which allows you to bring some alternative modules into your degree instead of some of the standard optional modules listed against the specific course. This allows you to explore other subject themes that may be considered beneficial by future employers.

For all courses you are researching I strongly recommend to look at the course content (modules) that make up the course. Don't just rely on the course title and expect it to be the same at every university. We also have the learning and teaching section on the course page to help you understand how the course will be delivered.

Our After you apply webpages are a great place to learn how admissions at Exeter will assess your application and what to expect if you do receive an offer.

Also don't forget we have loads of way you can experience Exeter from Open Days, Virtual tours, campus tours and more try starting here https://www.exeter.ac.uk/study/onlineopendays/

Hope this gives you a great starting point to learn more about us. We would really love it if you got directly in touch too. Just use the links from our course pages.
