Oxford msc vs imperial mres #

Apologies for the question, I'm having a very hard time deciding between these two offers.
I'm a mature postgrad applicant and have a part time offer from oxford an a full time mres offer from imperial.
The oxford offer doesn't provide a student visa while the imperial one does which is more straightforward.
In terms of coursework, the imperial one is more aligned towards my interests but the oxford one is good too, Id say 80% aligned.

What would you choose ? I'm not from the UK, so Im not sure how the environment would be at both these places and if it's drastically different, if so what are the pros and cons of each from your perspective?

Oxford would be cheaper, and you could also work part-time too. Whereas Imperial is also a top 10 global university with excellent research facilities and career paths, but ridiculously expensive. Because Imperial is based in South Kensington, where some of the most expensive houses and flats are located. If you don't mind getting into debt, then choose Imperial. If you want to minimise your costs, then choose Oxford.
