Can I be funded for a resit of first year midwifery

Hi!

I’m just wondering if Student finance England could advise me on this?

I am currently a first year student midwife and I may resit first year due to health issues. I did 1 1/2 years as a student nurse before this. I’m wondering if I would be bake to get funding for this resit of first year undergraduate midwifery? Would I just have to apply for first year again and would I have to provide evidence to support funding?

Thanks

Hi there, if you have had no resits since starting your Midwifery course, and this is the 1st time you will resitting your year again, then this will not impact on your support.
However, if an additional resit is required in future, this may impact your support. Thanks, Stephen.
