Hi there, we would advise to apply for this as soon as possible.
If required, the necessary form for childcare can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-forms
This is an editable PDF file, that can be edited on a PC or laptop. Once completed, please upload this via your online account.
I have provided a guide (link) for to show how to upload via the online account:

It is option 4 under the contents section for 'Applies to England'. This will show you how to upload the required document and evidence. Once submitted this is currently taking an estimated 12 working days for review.
However this is an estimated timescale that is subject to change. Stephen.
