How do you know if you got good grades in an A-Level Biology exam?

I'm doing Edexcel Biology B and my final paper is tomorrow so I've sort of been thinking about my first two papers and it's a little bit stressful because, unlike something like Chemistry or Maths, there's no real unofficial mark schemes, or a good way to tell whether you were answering the right thing during the questions. Does anyone have any tips for gauging how well you do on an exam?

They all seemed to go well but the main issue is that I have no way to tell 😭😭 I either got like a C or an A*, could be either
