Urgent Leicester Tenancy Takeover

Hello,
I am urgently looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for a studio flat for 2025/2026 at Dover Street Apartments (LE1 6PW) in Leicester.
£185 per week for 51 weeks (13th September 2025 - 5th September 2026). It is a 10 minute walk to Leicester City Centre, a 8 minute walk to De Montfort University and an 18 minute walk to University of Leicester.
The room is 19 square meters in size with a comfortable 3/4 size double bed, wardrobe, kitchen fitted with (two hobs and a cooker hood), an oven and a washing machine and dryer (All Utilities Included)
It also has 100Mbps internet with a couch, a Tv and a desk area along and an extended kitchen table and 2 chairs for visitors.
My reason for not living here is I originally booked and paid a deposit of £150 but have decided to live with friends for the following year. As mentioned deposit already paid so you would only need to takeover the rent payments.
