Sony SRS-XB100 if you want something really small while still sounding good and want to save a few quid (nor ally about £35 on Amazon)

Logitech Miniroll for the best overall speaker in a small size for bang on your £50 budget.

Logitech Wonderboom 4 for a significant increase to sound quality while still being nice and compact for about £75. You may also be able to track down the discontinued Wonderboom 3 for closer to your original budget, as the sound quality and design are mostly identical with the main changes of the Wonderboom 4 being the Type C charging port, a couple of extra audio modes and lower latency. If you can find one for under £60 I'd go for the 3 instead, for over £65 I'd just go for the 4 if only to avoid needing to keep a micro-USB cable around for the charger.
