August Reconsideration Pool list

If my son get the A* required, but the Step 2 or 3 is not grade 1, he can fill the form on the 14th, as he îs on the Pool summer list.

I think he need A*A*A and 1,1 in step OR A*A*A* and 1,2 in step to apply reconsideration.
This is what I looking for as well

If he get 3× A* and at list a strong grade 2 in Step 2 or 3 is good?
He wish Grade 1, but just in case.
