Tenancy takeover

Hi, I have a room in Vita Student First Street, Manchester. I would like to move out of this room as I am planning to live with my friend. I have two contracts: one over the summer (from now to August 30th) and one for next academic year (Starting after the summer contract). I’m looking for someone to take both of it.

For the summer contract it is £368 per week, and for next year, it is £312 per week. I know that the summer contract is quite expensive but next year’s price is extremely cheap compared to the current market price, so it will definitely be worth it and in the end you will be saving a lot of money.

Hi, are you looking to take over both contracts? Right now I’m only looking for someone to take over the first summer contract (which has now gone down to £325) or both the summer and next year’s contract.
