Should I take a gap year?

Hi everyone, I’ll quickly address my situation!
I hold offers for both law at UoB (birmingham) and CMCI at KCL.

I recently switched my firm to King’s in order to try and secure accommodation, but to no avail.

I’ve now been told by King’s that they messed up my grade requirements on UCAS, so they’re not as low as I thought. UCAS says ABB but in reality it is AAB which I am unsure I will get (I switched courses and I thought the grades would match accordingly but they didn’t unfortunately, my contextual was not lowered)

So now I am thinking to just firm UOB since it has lower grade requirements, and then reapply for king’s cmci course for next year with the proper contextual offer? it would allow me to book KAAS accommodation early and I’d also have a higher bursary which is great for london

I don’t want to be left without a uni choice in august, and I may change my mind to stick with UOB down the road but I highly doubt it.

Any advice? much appreciated

They made you an offer. You made a Firm/Insurance choice on that basis.
They cannot just decide now that they got it wrong. Call UCAS for advice asap.

I did! And UCAS said that KCL should update their information. However I called KCL and they said it’s whatever is on my offer letter which is my old requirements of AAB. I guess I was naive to think they’d change it after changing my course.
