Customer service officer/ interview nightmare

I had an interview on Monday face to face for this role. No one asked for my ID and I don’t remember if I even said my name when the interviewers stated theirs- I was pretty nervous. I think I just said nice to meet you. I came early so didn’t do my interview on my slot - they asked if I was ok to start early and I said ok. Once the questions came I think I was prepared for them. I had prepared my answers for 4min but then they said 5 minutes. Had 3 behaviour questions, 1 technical and 4 strength but now I’m scared that my messing up at the beginning (not stating my name) is gonna go against me. I finished quite early (it was supposed to be about 45min but did it in 30 and had 1 follow up question).. I wonder if they even knew I was the correct person they were supposed to be interviewing at that time.. also the lack of follow up questions is stressing me..anyone else ever messed up like this?
