Evidence separation agreements
Student finance has just asked for evidence of separation for my application. I have been separated from my husband from December 2024. I can provide a separation agreement but we have a 3 year old daughter we decided to live in the same house for the moment to co-parent our child. Is this gonna be a problem? Thank you.

Hi Andra, if you have that evidence of separation you can upload this along with a cover letter explaining your circumstances for the assessors to review this accordingly for you. Thanks, Jason
