If I was withdrawn from my college due to academic failure, will I have to repay back the student finance loan that has been paid to me?

Hi there, yes you would need to pay this back. 'When' you pay it back is depending on when you leave your course.

When you withdraw we will require an electronic Change of Circumstance (COC) from your university to confirm the date you last attended your course. Once this is received and processed our assessors will recalculate your entitlement for the length of time you attended the course which may lead to an overpayment. If you have an overpayment you can either pay this back right away or agree a payment plan with the collections team. Thanks, Jason
