Hello, I am looking for a student to take over my contract for accommodation at Rahere Court, Toby Lane, London E1 4DW (Mile End). This is because my course has finished and I no longer need the room. The room is available now and the contract will last until 14th September 2025 (14/9/25). This may be ideal for someone needing a place to stay until they figure out what they will do for next year.
Highlights of the room:
- Spacious with a double bed and large desk with lots of storage space, 2 large windows above the desk allowing in plenty of natural light
- Ensuite bathroom with a personal sink, shower, toilet
- Kitchen is just around the corner (microwave, oven, induction hobs, fridge and freezer shared with 1 flatmate)
- Flatmates are friendly and not loud (all between 2nd-3rd year university, a couple have moved out already). Staff are friendly and generally helpful
- Excellent internet connection (WiFi, Ethernet 1000mb/s)
- Building is less than a 1 minute walk to Sainsbury's Local for all the essentials, and less than 5 minutes walk to QMUL main library. Many excellent nearby options for food, both local and chain stores.
- 5 minutes walk to Stepney Green or Mile End Stations (Central, Hammersmith and City, District lines). Go 1 stop West to Whitechapel for access to the Elizabeth line. Multiple nearby bus stops and Santander Cycle stations available.
Pricing: £3333.58 until 14/9/25, equating to approximately £240 per week (all bills included - water, electricity, heating)
