Looking for someone to takeover my Tenancy in Edinburgh 2025/2026
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as due to circumstances I’m no longer living in the city. In general a bit on the pricier side at £230 per week but I’m willing to pay a portion of the rent for anyone who's interested. 
A guarantor is required if you need to pay in instalments, which is due either in 4 or 10.
Address: Silk Mill, Edinburgh (student accommodation): 162 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, EH11 1FH
Pricing: £230 per week (Bills included), 51 Week stay.
Room: En-suite located on the 4th floor, shared kitchen
Amenities: On-site Gym, private dining room, karaoke room, outdoor cinema
Location: 13 Minutes from University of Edinburgh, 30 minutes from Edinburgh Napier University.
