ATAS certificate not received yet even status changed to sent via mail
Hello guys.
I applied for my ATAS certificate on 9 May 2025. My status on ATAS portal changed to sent via mail on 15 June 2025 but still I didn’t get it. I checked spam/junk mail etc. but I didn’t found it.
I also contacted my university but they also don’t get the copy of my ATAS.
Did anyone face the same issue or get sorted later?

If you and your university haven't received the certificate, please contact ATAS team and request to send your certificate. Please try to avoid using Gmail.
