Should I state that I have anemia under the More About You section in UCAS?

I have had pretty bad anemia for a VERY long time so I don't know if this is cause for anything that I consider just myself. For example, I know I'm generally tired easily but I just think of this as a normal thing that everyone feels, since I've always had anemia and I don't know if it's related to that or not. Should I add this to the More About You section in my application just so it's there if they find it relevant, or is this too irrelevant and unimportant to put down? I'm also wondering if this would this alter the views of my grades at all?

I'm not sure that's what the 'more about you' section is for. You could potentially mention it in your personal statement from an 'overcoming adversity' angle, but you want to be careful about coming off as making excuses for poor grades - ideally you'll have already established coping mechanisms to manage any negative effects so your grades would already be an accurate reflection of your ability. But you could talk about how you've succeeded in managing your health issues.

There should be other opportunities to request accommodations or additional support for interviews or study.

'more about you' isn't really for your medical history, favourite films, views on pineapple on pizza...

If you consider this to be a Disability, then you can select something appropriate from the list of options, and give some brief information in the free text box if you wish. However, this is really for things that are a bit bigger than iron-deficiency, and honestly, any medical issues are better covered by your school in the UCAS reference - there is a specific section in the reference for 'Information about extenuating circumstances affecting the applicant’s education'.

It will be nice if you say it should incase of any emergency comes up.
