Will Surrey let me in?

Hi! So i need AAB for my Bsc Psychology course at the University of Surrey and now that I've written all my a level exams, I have a clue as to what grades I might get.
I think I'm going to get ABB in my three subjects : Maths Economics and Psychology. This is obviously a grade lower than what my conditional offer is asking for, do you think I have a good chance of being accepted in Surrey??

It is entirely possible that you are still accepted so feel free to hope for the best, just remember to plan for the worst as it is of course no guarantee and impossible to predict how many places they'll be able to offer to people who missed their offers

Good luck

Thank you! If anything I do still have my insurance offer but I'll just have to wait and hope I get in now.
Hey Anon1,

Please don’t worry about your grades. No one will know until results day. All you can do is hope for the best and remember to look at your options on the day!

It depends on how many places are available on the programme. If there are still spaces, admissions may lower the grade requirements for clearing, which has happened in the past.

Hope that helps!
All the best

Hi there,

please do not worry! You won't know until results day, so I would spend time preparing for the worst, to ease your worries. Also, it depends how many places are available on the degree. If there are still spaces, grade requirements may be lowered for clearing, making you eligible.

Kind regards, Jenifer (Kingston rep)
