Subject choice for medical universities

I want to apply for medical schools in European countries and Australia. I will give a levels and I am confused about what subjects to choose. I have chosen biology and chemistry as they are essential but I am struggling to choose a third subject. I am basically confused between choosing physics or maths. I want my options for any universities to be as open as possible so idk what to choose. A level physics is pretty difficult and if I pair it with biology and chemistry which have the longest syllabus I think I might struggle so I need some real advice here. Should I go for physics or maths and will universities care about that so much if I have great bio and chem grade?
