Close essex abroad

I'm deeply disappointed with my experience with Essex Abroad. What should have been an exciting and valuable opportunity was completely undermined by poor management and lack of support. They consistently failed to respond to important emails — especially those concerning funding, which caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Whenever I reached out with questions, I was met with vague answers or completely ignored. One of the leading staff members was also incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like a burden rather than a student seeking help. On top of everything, I wasn’t even allowed to explore or choose other university options that better aligned with my goals. The whole process felt restrictive and disorganized. Essex Abroad let me down at every stage, and it’s had a lasting impact on my academic opportunities. AND wait one more thing they weren't even in the office half the time ......
