Looking for someone to take over a student accommodation tenancy in York

Hello,
my daughter is starting York St John University in September this year and has decided she would rather travel than live in accommodation. We already have a room for her at the Coal Yard in York, 5 minutes away from the uni, and are now looking for someone to take over the tenancy. Is there anyone who would be interested in this?
