London summer tenancy takeover 11 July - 7 Sep. 8 Weeks. (DISCOUNTED)

Hello all, looking for a tenancy takeover for an en-suite room, from July 11 to September 7. Full-time students only.

Price: £260.00 per week
Room: En-suite, on floor 3, shared kitchen

Willing to drop the price of this one to £175.00 per week if anyone is keen on taking the contract over. Note the dates are slightly different than the original post - it will be check-in on July 13, check-out on Sep 6 2025. This is an 8 week period which originally would cost £2080.00 on this contract, but with the discount the total will be £1400.00. Station court is very well connected on the Victoria line and overground.
