Hi! So I got into the summer programme….. only to find out it was £4000 for just two weeks - and looking at the itinerary it was just a glorified summer camp. The competition, which is international, grants a ‘scholarship’ for the summer programme - this is the only way to get money off - but it’s only £800, meaning if you win the entire competition you still have to pay £3700 to actually get a prize ifykwim. Also, they claim big names of unis like Oxford but in reality they are only affiliated with the institutions and not really related to them.

Oh dear, what a shame it’s so expensive.
I suppose it’s only beneficial for the overall winner who gets $10,000 )something like that) towards something.
