AQA a level sociology Paper 1 Year 12 mocks

Does anyone know how the structures for the sociology paper go? I've had a bad teacher for the past few months and im now doing mocks and im utterly clueless.

For the 4 Markers and 6 Markers we got told to do PE x2/x3 but for the 10/20 markers i have no idea what to do :frown:

Hi there, I'm similarly doing my sociology a level mocks, The structure I prefer to use for my 10 marker questions is a PEEE structure in which I state my point, I provide evidence of a sociologist, I explain the ideas of the sociologist linking it to the original point and then I provide a short evaluation of the idea, eg: a limitation, For ten markers I usually on do 2 sort of lengthy paragraphs - try spend at least 12 minutes or less on this question, (but it varies depending on the question for me)

For 20 markers a aim to do a introduction and around 3 or 4 other paragraphs in the middle with a short conclusion, For this structure I just use a similar method to the 10 marker where I state my point, with 20 markers try include a sociologist in 2 or more paragraphs but if you explain your ideas thoroughly, you'll still get the marks, then I explain and evaluate my point by either critiquing it or providing a different viewpoint (eg contrast a marxist view on education with a functionalist ideal) - try spend around 20-30 minutes on these

I hope this helps and I wish you good luck with your exams, You'll smash it!
