Social Work Msc Funding Question
Hi,
I have got a place at University of Brighton for a Social Work Msc postgraduate degree but I am really confused by the funding. Can I apply for a Master's loan? The uni has said I have been put forward for a "social work bursary" but I know that if I did recieve this I would not be able to afford the tuition fee because it does not cover it. Would I be able to just recieve the travel allowance and still apply for the Master's loan? Or is a Master's loan out of the question for me?

Hi there. If you are eligible for the Social Work bursary then you are ineligible for Postgraduate funding. Even if you decide not to take this bursary, you would still not be eligible for funding with SFE. Thanks, David
