UCL open day - spare ticket???
Hey everyone,
I wanted to go to the UCL open day tomorrow, Friday 27th June, but I just realised I missed the deadline for booking so I don't have a ticket!
Just wondering if anyone has a ticket they're not using or any advice for getting in??
Any help would be appreciated!

If you are not travelling a long distance, it may be worth just turning up. At each Uni Open Day there are always 'no shows' and therefore capacity for some extras. No guarantees but worth a shot if you live in/close to London.

Thanks for your help - yeah, I think I'll do that if I can't get a ticket but I'm getting the sense ucl is pretty strict, giving out wristbands and stuff so not sure whether it'll work 😅

Ah such a shame. Someone was selling tickets on Reddit, but I thought that’s insane paying for it haha. Are you planning to just turn up ?
You may be able to "turn up", but depending on how UCL has set up their open day, you may not be able to access some of the most popular talks, especially if you had to pre-book them online.

Go the Registration Desk and ask - about an hour after things kicked off is best and they may then know how many people have not shown up.
