Advanced Leaner Loan ID trouble

So I’ve applied for my advanced learner loan and it all went fine until I noticed after it said more steps, then it offered to either submit passport details. I have never had the money to afford a passport so that goes out the window, and the birth certificate. So I’ve been trying to find someone but every single option for someone to help me has also gone out the window!!!! The person also needs a passport, needs a professional job and has to have known me for 2+ years this is the killer.

I have nobody to help. My college teachers haven’t known me long enough, my old school teachers ignore my emails and the only one I have contact with doesn’t have a passport, I have no doctor or dentist. I can’t do anything. I have to pay a fee to college and I have no way of getting the loan. I am screwed.
