Subletting a women's only student room near Tottenham Court Road
Hello! I am planning on subletting a lovely single room on a female only floor close to Tottenham Court Road and Holborn. Its 15 mins from LSE, UCL and Kings.
The room is £276 per week, and I will be looking to move out towards the end of July.
The room has a toilet and shower directly next to it, which is super convenient. Its like having an en suite without the price!
The room also has a view of Waterloo skyscrapers!
It has a shared kitchen, with your own cupboard. This is one of the smaller floors in the building (and female only) so it tends to be quiet and peaceful. I have had a good year but can't afford to keep it and am going back home.
