Cas Shield - No active intake

Hey guys,

So I paid my tuition fee and deposit about 12 days ago, and the CAS shield was progressing slowly but surely.
But soon as it got to 56%, it started giving me a message saying "I currently have no active intakes"
And it's been that way since 3 days now.
I reached out the uni on mail, but there's no response yet.

Is this normal?
Why does this happen and how long would it take to revert back?

Nervousness is on peak, so I appreciate if anyone could share a similar experience.

Without being able to check everything has been submitted correctly I can't say for sure however the system can take a while to process.
I understand the nervousness but try not to worry as it is often an It fault or documents not quite submitted.

Whilst you wait for a reply from the university you may want to contact them on the phone as the email currently is very busy this time of year.

the main hold ups are:
"To obtain a CAS you will need to have

accepted your offer

met all of the conditions of your offer

paid your deposit"

so double check those whilst you wait

Thanks for the detailed response, Amber. Well they ended up getting back to me; apparently it was a technical issue that they've now sorted out. So I've got access to the CAS shield for now, and it's at 61%. Fingers crossed it progresses steadily. Thank you once again, truly! \m/
