Choosing Course for Reapplying

TLDR : My A-Levels are Biology, Chem, Maths and Further Maths, and am asking whether there is any worth applying to Land Economy at Cambridge / Geo and Econ at UCL and LSE in the coming year due to my choice in A-Levels.

I would like to work in MBB Consulting in the future and hate STEM (except Maths, but especially Physics), and would like to do a degree in the humanities. I was thinking of applying for Land Economy at Cambridge and Geo and Econ at UCL/LSE instead of what I'm supposed to do this September : Maths and Econ at Bristol. I have relevant extracurriculars for Land Economy / Geo like a research project and market-based approaches for green development and the future of green growth, relevant books on sustainable development, research project into the Venezuelan oil-centered economy, online course on sustainable development and corporate green finance, and a CFI FMVA certification. I feel like I would have a higher chance breaking into MBB from Geo and Econ at these schools than Maths and Econ at Bristol, and the Econ part of Geography is what I'm interested in the most. Is it worth applying to these courses without humanity / essay-based A-Levels ?

Did your school offer economics or geography at A level?

I guess it could show you have a wide skillset if you are able to do well in STEM as well as be interested in humanities through your own study etc. which universities might appreciate :0
