I want to start studying in the Netherlands but I don’t

Hey guys so I’m having a bit of a problem, I want to study abroad and do a different course. I’m in my second year at university in the uk studying social work, I used to do a different course before but I had to stop due to mental and physical health issues. My mental health has not always been stable but I just kept going and ignored it. During the past 3 years a lot has happened my parents separated my relationship with my father deteriorated, I got diagnosed with an ed and so on. Moreover when I first changed my course the admin didn’t register my name on the course until later on in the year which caused problems with my SFE and I had to fight back for months, this affected my attendance as well as affected my grades. During my placement last year I developed rashes due to the stress lost hair and weight as well as failed one of my exams. I started therapy at around that time as well but it was a lot for me to deal with and as a result wasn’t able to submit my other work as I was dealing with getting better and trying to get my grades back. Within a few months I developed a rash on my chest back and neck that didn’t go away for a month gained a lot of weight and having some panic attacks here and there. I tried to get an appeal for the work that I couldn’t submit but it was declined by the same person who messed up my SFE. I’m very tired of this university but I’m in my second year and I don’t know what to do. I’ve been looking for courses abroad and I am interested in one course, I’ve been looking into it and I have the subject and the grades for it but I’m not sure if to go with it or not, idk if I’m running away or if it’s more to do with the fact that I can’t do this anymore.
